Setúbal

Setúbal is one of the most important cities in Portugal, and definitely one of the prettiest.

The rio Sado certenaly deserves a visit. Its a very beautiful river. He borns in a mountain range 230m high and he overs in Atlantic ocean. In its stuary we can find dolphins and a lot of different fish species.

There is awesome beaches in Setúbal such as figueirinha, portinho de arrabida etc.

There is a lovely place called Arrábida. There is a natural park there, which is trully beautiful. It has approx 10 800 hectares. It protects mediterranean vegetation. The fauna sufficiently is diversified as we cann still observe wolves, wild boars and deers.

There are great diversity of fish in Setúbal, because Sado offers so many differents tidbits. The specialties are Sardinha and Carapau. Trust us, you really have to taste these grilled fishes.
